MY SMILE

Velocity Agency’s proprietary program that allows casinos to gather vital information on their customers as well as incentivize those customers to sign up for player’s cards and simultaneously provide ratings on employees service which is non-discriminatory and non-biased for evaluation purposes.

Rate My Smile will affect three groups:

  • Customers
  • Employees
  • Management
 

The Customers

Customers will be given a convenient feed-back capability that will allow them to rate individual employees by department and name. Rate My Smile will help establish a good relationship between employees and customers because it shows customers that management values their input and allows them to have direct engagement on their experience. Within the customer experience, there are two tiers of advertising for engagement:

Tier 1

Using on-property displays and employee apparel such as digital signage, animated signage, hats, lapel pins, desktop displays, posters, etc, will help ensure that all those who visit know about the campaign.

Tier 2

Incentivizing more in-depth surveys in order to receive rewards points for carded players and signing up un-carded players. After a customer fills out a rating, they will be prompted to sign up for a players card and fill out a survey to earn reward points. If the player is already a card holder, they get a prompt to fill out a survey to earn points. This is all linked to the players reward system so the points are instant for card holders and new card members.

The Rate My Smile system will have the ability to identify false ratings using the IMEI number. IMEI stands for The International Mobile Equipment Identity number, it is the unique identification or serial number that all mobile phones and smartphones have. This will prevent employees from being targeted, for reasons such as political affiliation, and ensure that the system is fair and non-discriminatory.

Example: An employee might be targeted with multiple false ratings for various reasons with the intent to affect their employment at the property, the ability to use the IMEI number to flag the devices will remove this threat.
