The position of Account Manager is one of the most important marketing jobs in an agency. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary link between a wide variety of clients and our agency. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’re responsible for the creative team and their projects. You will work closely with various departments such as SEO, SEM, Graphic Design, Social Media and Web Development to coordinate the work they do into a coherent marketing campaign. This job goes far beyond simply writing.

Becoming a copywriter is about creating – creating the emotional connection between client and consumer, with writing that persuades and motivates.

At Velocity, we believe in being quick, both quick-witted and quick to learn. Our team works fast, and, as a copywriter, you must do the same under tight deadlines without losing sight of the goal, grammar or your sense of humor. You must be able to take criticism like a champ and view it as an opportunity to learn and grow. You’ll need to assume the client’s voice as fast as you can explain the difference between it’s and its.

Qualifications:

• Copywriting experience in advertising, website content, digital mediums and blogs preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop the creative concepts for advertising campaigns across a variety of mediums for political, brand and advocacy clients

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice for many of our incredible clients from a variety of industries. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining our clients’ social media accounts across multiple platforms, including: Facebook. Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Youtube. Additionally, you’ll be managing each client’s online reputation, responding directly to comments and inquiries.

Velocity Agency is looking for a CSS/PHP/Javascript developer who can translate designs into responsive websites using WordPress, Joomla, and other CMS themes. The individual should be able to solve problems and is willing to learn. You will be doing a wide variety of tasks from installing and upgrading WordPress to helping develop e-commerce solutions for our clients.

Designers are some of the most outgoing and artistic minds in an Agency. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and dreaming up innovative strategies to make sure every marketing campaign reaches the right target audience in the most effective way possible. Media planners assess the impact and suitability of different types of media for targeting a specific market that their client wants to reach. Media planners collect and analyze information about different media channels, such as newspapers, magazines, radio, films, television, the internet and outdoor media, including posters and digital billboards, with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods.
