FOUNDER
Mr. Berning has long-standing relationships with many of his clients, such as Northrop Grumman, Ford, and Mercedes-Benz, whom he has worked with for over 20 years to produce project documentaries, corporate communications, PR initiatives, and advertising campaigns.
More recently, he founded Event Design Build, a division of VELOCITY AGENCY, that works with clients such as TNT/TBS and ShurTech’s brand Duck Tape to create Experiential Pop-Ups at music festivals and conventions. Despite his work on a national and international level, Mr. Berning has never lost sight of his local community.
Since 2013, he has written and directed marketing campaigns for the United Way & Brees Dream Foundation, organizations dedicated to improving the lives of New Orleans area families. Mr. Berning’s work has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally, and has received numerous TELLY, ADDY, Summit & Davey awards over the years.

Jamie Gonzales is the Chief Revenue Officer at Velocity. Four years after founding a local design and consulting-based marketing studio she has merged with Velocity, immersing her talents in a move aimed at national growth.
Jamie is ranked "#1 Strategic Consultant" in the Southeast region by Upcity and continues to grow as a nationwide expert in the industry. She prides herself in transparent partner-like relationships and credits her client advantage to multiple distribution channels and strong branding.
Jamie's expertise includes social media marketing, email marketing, website design, brand development, event marketing, search engine optimization, content marketing, and digital advertising. She is responsible for all client relation aspects of Velocity Agency, leading the expansion of Legal, Healthcare, Gaming, and Experiential Marketing divisions across current and new markets.

Michelle is VELOCITY AGENCY’s Accountant/CPA. Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Michelle still resides in her favorite American town, New Orleans. She graduated from the University of New Orleans with her BS in Accounting and a minor in Psychology. She later returned to UNO to receive her Masters in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. She is also a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of Industry Accounting Experience.

A veteran producer and member of the marketing industry, Gary Holland has been on board the Velocity team for the better part of a decade. Gary is in charge of our Malibu office and coordinates services for our clients in California.

Alison is a life-long resident of the New Orleans area. Having attended Ursuline Academy and UNO, where she was an Art History Major, she has an unmatched love and understanding of Louisiana culture. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and over 15 years of experience in film and video production. Alison has worked on many local and national campaigns as well as political races, documentaries and educational films. Alison has been a long-time friend of the Berning family and has even collaborated on past campaigns. Alison is also a Second Wind certified Account Executive.
SETH WILEY
DIGITAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Seth Wiley is originally from Lafayette, LA and attended college at ULL, he majored in Visual Arts where he became classically trained in painting, drawing, animation and other media. After college, Seth worked at Vidox Image and Data in Lafayette primarily as an animator but was known as a jack of all trades.
Seth moved to Los Angeles and worked at Brainforest doing animatics for some of the larger industries in the United States. In the 16 years that he has been working in the industry, he has worked with a wide range of clients from tech companies to design studios. This has helped him gain valuable experience with motion graphics and video production while developing animatics, commercials, and video presentations. Now working for Velocity Agency, he is part of a collaborative team and utilizes his creative talents overseeing our creative department.
