George learned the art of after-effects in Germany and came back to the states to study at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He has always been excited by what the future may hold and believes design is one way to get us there. Using the various tools in his arsenal (After Effects, C4D, Premiere, Audition, and more) he creates visually captivating pieces that help move brands and ideas.
Beau graduated from the Art Institute of California San Diego in 2013. Beau had worked in Commercial and Short film production as an Editor, Animator, and Digital Effects Artist in San Diego until 2015 when he decided to head home to Louisiana. Beau was hired onto the Velocity team in September 2015 to be the Senior Editor. For Beau, working at Velocity is high paced and fun. He enjoys his co-workers and monumental amounts of talent they bring to the table.
Alison is a life-long resident of the New Orleans area. Having attended Ursuline Academy and UNO, where she was an Art History Major, she has an unmatched love and understanding of Louisiana culture. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and over 15 years of experience in film and video production. Alison has worked on many local and national campaigns as well as political races, documentaries and educational films. Alison has been a long-time friend of the Berning family and has even collaborated on past campaigns.
A veteran producer and member of the marketing industry, Gary Holland has been on board the Velocity team for the better part of a decade. Gary is in charge of our Malibu office and coordinates services for our clients in California.
Mr. Berning has long-standing relationships with many of his clients, such as Northrop Grumman, Ford, and Mercedes-Benz, whom he has worked with for over 20 years to produce project documentaries, corporate communications, PR initiatives, and advertising campaigns. More recently, he founded Event Design Build, a division of VELOCITY AGENCY, that works with clients such as TNT/TBS and ShurTech’s brand Duck Tape to create Experiential Pop-Ups at music festivals and conventions.
